1 cup nuts; cashews, macadamia or almonds
3-4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons agave nectar
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
unsweetened cacao powder or shredded coconut to finish
Grind nuts and cacao in a blender until smooth. Add vanilla, sweetener, coconut oil and process until blended.
Form into balls, around 1", and roll in cacao powder or coconut flakes to finish.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
